Copy of the same is Annexure 4 to the writ petition.

Learned State Counsel submits that since she has already approached the authority under the amended guidelines dated 27.5.2019, the issue is yet to be considered. The parties are therefore in agreement that the matter be disposed of with a direction to respondent No. 4 to dispose of the petitioner's claim expeditiously.

The writ petition is accordingly disposed of with a direction to the CDPO concerned to dispose of the application
