JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 07-05-2018 It appears that the petitioner has directly moved this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for release of the gun in question which has been seized in connection with Raxaul P.S. Case No.10 of 2014. The petitioner has a remedy before regular Court under the provisions of Cr.P.C., this Court would therefore, refrain from exercising its jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution in such matters. The petitioner may seek his remedy in terms of Cr.P.C. before the regular Court. The application is disposed of with the aforesaid observation.
