The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Durgawati P.S.Case No.227 of 2019 registered for offences punishable under Sections 419, 420, 406, 467, 468, 471, 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case , petitioner and other accused persons are members of the gang and on the plea of providing employment in the Railway, took amount also. They have also organized a camp at Durgawati for medical examination and also cheated several candidates for that .

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that no specific allegation has been attributed against him. He is in custody for four months and several other accused persons have

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the CJM, Kaimur at Bhabua in connection with Durgawati P.S.Case No.227 of 2019 with condition to co-operate in disposal of the trial . With the above direction, this application is allowed.
