The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No.46 of 2018 registered under Sections 447, 341, 323, 504, 506, 354, and 379 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the plea taken by the petitioner that for the occurrence of the offence which took place on 9th March, 2018, a written report was submitted on 19th March, 2018, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like
