2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Makhdumpur P.S. Case No. 196 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 76 and 3(5) of the B.N.S. and section 3(2)(va), 3(i)(r) (w) of SC/ST Act and section 8 of the POCSO Act, lodged on 18.03.2025 by the informant XXXX.

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the petition.

4. Accordingly, the petition stands dismissed as
