2. The accused/petitioners are named in the F.I.R. and apprehending their arrest in connection with Bahera P.S. Case No.591 of 2022 registered for the offences punishable under Section 341, 323, 308, 354, 427 and 504 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The allegation against the petitioners is to made an attempt for culpable homicide amounting to murder, where during the course of occurrence, the informant received several bodily injuries on his head and leg, which may likely to

4. It is submitted by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners that petitioners have been falsely implicated with present case. It is submitted that out of four injuries, three injuries were found upon non-vital part of the informant/injured, where nature of injuries, upon examination, appearing superficial in nature. It is submitted that the matter has been compromised between the parties before Gram Kutchhery, Habibhaur, Darbhanga on 25.12.2023, where compromise was duly signed by the parties.

5. Learned APP opposes the prayer of bail of the petitioners.

In view of the aforesaid factual submissions, as matter has been compromised between the parties, accordingly, both above named, petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks, is directed to be released on bail, furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees
