The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Gaighat P.S. Case No. 6 of 2019 for the offence registered under Section 393 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation is regarding the villagers having caught two co-accused persons while they were trying to snatch motorcycle of the informant and after the said two co-accused persons were apprehended by the Police, they had disclosed to the Police that the petitioner herein is also their accomplice. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case and in fact he has got no complicity in the alleged crime. It is further submitted that at the time when the present case was lodged, the petitioner was having a clean antecedent.

No.75018 of 2019(2) dt.20-11-2019 2/2 Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub Judge-16th-cum-A.C.J.M.,-15th, Muzaffarpur in connection with Gaighat P.S. Case No. 6 of 2019 subject to the conditions as stipulated under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
