Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered under Sections 341/323/498A/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.

Allegation in the FIR is that the informant was married with one Saurabh Singh five years ago and out of said wedlock she has been blessed with a daughter aged about 3 1⁄2 years. It is further alleged that after one year of marriage accused persons demanded dowry and for non-fulfillment of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.76025 of 2019(2) dt.26-11-2019 2/2 their demand she was tortured and assaulted. They have also snatched her ornaments and ousted her from matrimonial home. It has been submitted on behalf of petitioners that petitioners are father in law, mother in law, Bua and Fufa of the informant and they are living separately. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of Anticipatory bail is allowed and petitioners named above in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from today, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned court below in connection with Mahila (Bhabua) P.S. Case No. 62 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
