The petitioner is in custody since 15.12.2017 in connection with Kalyanpur P.S. Case No. 36 of 2017 registered for the offence under Sections 304(B) and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, East Champaran.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is husband of the
