Heard the parties.

The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offence punishable under Sections 304(B) and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is the husband of the victim of dowry death. The report of the trial Judge reveals that prosecution evidence is already closed. Evidently, the trial is at the verge of conclusion.

Hence, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail in connection with Ekchari P.S. Case No. 29 of 2017, S. Tr. No. 320 of 2018.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.71254 of 2019(4) dt.24-09-2020 2/2 Accordingly, prayer for bail is refused.

Learned trial Judge is directed to expedite the trial of the aforesaid case and conclude the same preferably within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order without allowing unnecessary adjournments.
