JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 11-12-2019 Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Lakhisarai P.S. Case No. 719 of 2019 G.R. Case No. 1866 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 467, 468, 471, 406, 420 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. As per F.I.R., one informant has alleged that Janta Sangh Samajik Seva Sansthan Usha Chayan has collecting money for conducting interview and as such, they collected huge amount and cheated the person.
Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that they are only school society not the officer bearer of the society. They are in custody for about more than two months and they are ready to abide by whatever conditions as may be

Having heard both sides, in view of the facts and circumstances, as state above, let the petitioners above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai, in connection with Lakhisarai P.S. Case No. 719 of 2019, subject to the condition that one of the bailors of the petitioner shall be a local person having sufficient immovable property within the jurisdiction of the court concerned with the condition to co-operate in disposal of the trial.
