The petitioner seeks bail in Katoriya (Jaipur) P.S. case No.164/2006 registered under Section 147, 148, 341, 323, 504, 427, 452, 379 of the IPC.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner misused the privilege of bail in a petty case and for that he is in jail since 27.09.2019.

Considering the facts that the petitioner has already remained in jail for more than two months for misuse of privilege of bail in a petty case, the petitioner, above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka in connection with Katoriya (Jaipur) P.S. case No. 164 of 2006.
