2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Alamganj P.S. Case No. 954/2024 dated 23.10.2024 registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. The main submissions advanced by learned counsel for the petitioner are that the instant matter relates to the recovery of 54 litre of foreign liquor from the godown of the petitioner's house, in fact the alleged seized liquor belongs to one, namely, Mukesh Yadav, who kept the liquor in the godown of the petitioner's house and when the police party raided the

Learned counsel further submits that the petitioner has been languishing in jail since 24.10.2024, having fair and clean antecedent and against her, the investigation has been completed.

4. Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the bail prayer of the petitioner.

5. Considering the above submissions, this Court is inclined to grant the relief of regular bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, let the petitioner named-above be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/-(Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the concerned Court in connection with Alamganj P.S. Case No. 954/2024.
