The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Araria (R.S.) P.S. Case No. 30 of 2018 for the offences punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal.
The case of the prosecution is that when the informant was returning to Purnia on a Tata Magic Pick-up Van after making delivery of medicines, the accused persons had apprehended him and thereafter looted the articles as also the cash and mobiles and had also damaged the vehicle. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the name of the petitioner has transpired on the basis of C.D.R. of looted mobile phone during the course of investigation. However, the petitioner is innocent and has a clean antecedent. It is further

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Araria (R.S.) P.S. Case No. 30 of 2018.
