Petitioner in the present writ application has sought revision of pension of her deceased husband who retired from the post of Veterinary Doctor on 31.10.1991 and died on 07.02.2012. She seeks revision of pension of her deceased husband and family pension w.e.f. 01.01.1996 in terms of the resolution of the Finance Department bearing memo no. 543 dated 20.07.2017 as contained in Annexure-5.

It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the

Patna High Court CWJC No.10383 of 2018(2) dt.07-12-2018 2/2 petitioner that her husband retired on the pay scale of 1050015200 but the pension has not been revised on the said pay scale.

Considering the nature of claim as made by the petitioner, this writ application is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to file a representation before the respondent no. 2 or the competent officer which will be disposed of within a period of three months from the date of filing of such representation. Any admissible dues be paid to the petitioner within a period of one month thereafter. If any adverse order is passed, the same would be communicated to the petitioner by reasoned and speaking order by registered post. (Nilu Agrawal, J) devendra/- U
