This is a case registered under Sections 406, 409, 120(B), 467, 468 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted by the petitioner's counsel that the petitioner having no criminal antecedent has been made accused in this case only for violating the norms of the withdrawal in as much as the withdrawal was made without the signature of co-signatory Sarpanch. It has been submitted that amount has been returned and deposited in the Bank account prior to lodging of the FIR. In support of such submission he relied upon Annexure 2. It is also submitted that the petitioner is having a 10 months' old child to take care of and is in jail custody since 22.03.2018. In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of

Let the petitioner above named be released on bail on her furnishing bonds of Rs 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate 1st, Jamui in Chandradeep P.S. Case No. 23 of 2018 subject to the conditions :

(i) That one of the bailors will be a close relative of the Petitioner who will give an affidavit giving genealogy as to how he is related with the Petitioner. The bailor will also undertake to inform the Court if there is any change in the address of the Petitioner.

(ii) That the Petitioner will be well represented on each date and if she fails to do so on two consecutive dates, her bail will be liable to be cancelled.
