2. The petitioner has prayed for bail in connection with Jehanabad Mahila P.S. Case No.03 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 342, 376, 511/34 of the IPC and sections 8/12 of the POCSO Act.
3. The case of the prosecution is that on 24.07.2018 petitioner has granted regular bail vide Cr. Misc. No.39358 of 2018. It has further submitted that he has jumped the privilege of bail and NBW was issued against him on 30.01.2021, it is a case of misuse of bail.
4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner was declared
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.84107 of 2024(3) dt.06-02-2025 2/2 absconder and he has misused the privilege of bail. Petitioner is in custody since 23.07.2024.
5. The application for bail is opposed by learned APP for the State.
6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-VI cum Special Judge (POCSO), Jehanabad in connection with Jehanabad Mahila P.S. Case No.03 of 2018, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall remain physically present on each and every date till the trial concludes, failing which his bail bond shall be cancelled.
