2. The instant application has been filed for modification of the order dated 27.09.2024 passed by this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 71509 of 2024, granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner in connection with Dhankund P.S. Case No. 26 of 2024.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the aforesaid order, six weeks time was granted to the petitioner to furnish bail bond with sureties but, due to communication gap with the counsel and the Pairvikar of the petitioner, the time given in the aforesaid order was not communicated and the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.82661 of 2024(2) dt.03-12-2024 2/2 same expired and prays for extension of time to surrender before the court below.
4. Considering the submissions made on behalf of the learned counsel for the petitioner and the grounds mentioned in the modification application, the period of surrender of the petitioner in the Court below is extended for a further period of two weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. The rest of the conditions stipulated in the order will be same.
5. The order dated 27.09.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 71509 of 2024 is modified to the extent as indicated above.
