JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 28-05-2018 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

The petitioner, who is in custody since 27.03.2018 has prayed for grant of bail in connection with Aurangabad (Town) P.S. Case No. 94 of 2018, registered for the offences under Sections 307, 147, 148, 149, 504, 436, 427, 160, 295A and 353 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.

Learned senior counsel for the petitioners submits that in the case petitioner has been made accused as if petitioner was a member of a procession of "Ramnavmi" and he indulged in brickbatting. It was submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner has been made accused only due to the reason that he is

It is further submitted that several co-accused persons have also been granted bail vide order dated 07.05.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No.27302 of 2018.

Considering the nature of accusation, let the petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Aurangabad (Town) P.S.
