Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Sahebpur Kamal P.S. Case No.148 of 2019, for the offence punishable under Sections 304(B), 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is that marriage of the daughter of informant was performed with Arjun Sharma before five years and due to wedlock, she gave birth to child. Instead of that she was being tortured for non-fulfillment of motorcycle by her in laws and ultimately she was killed and her dead body was disposed of.

No.73123 of 2019(2) dt.21-11-2019 2/2 Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that both the petitioners are Gotni of the deceased daughter of the informant and they used to reside separate to Arjun Sharma, husband of the deceased, but with ulterior motive, both the petitioners and their husband and other in-laws have falsely been implicated in this case. Mukesh Sharma, Subhash Sharma and Mukesh Sharma have already been granted bail vide order dated 08.11.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No.71434 of 2019. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner No.1, Devki Devi @ Devki, and petitioner No.2, Nitu Devi, be released on bail, in the event of pre-arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Begusarai, in connection with Sahebpur Kamal P.S. Case No.148 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of Cr.P.C.
