2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act 2016.

3 . Prosecution case is that 130 liters country made liquor were recovered from motorcycle .

4. It is submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case . Petitioner is neither owner nor driver of the vehicle in question . No incriminating material has been recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner.

5 . Learned counsel for the State submits that Petitioner has got five criminal antecedents out of which 4 are of similar nature .
