In this case, the petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Giriak P.S. Case No. 40 of 2018 registered for offences under sections 147, 148, 149, 307, 427, 504 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. As per allegation made in the First Information Report, the she goat of the Informant entered into the field of the accused Gorelal, whereupon, at about 1 PM, the accused persons including Rajendra Yadav, variously armed with weapons, went at the wheat filed of the Informant and started firing to kill the Informant and others fled away to save their

Looking to the entire facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners, above named, is rejected.
