The petitioner is in custody since 21.06.2019 in connection with Saharsa Rail P.S. Case No.17 of 2019 arising out of G.R.(R) No.126 of 2019 registered for the offence under Sections 370, 374 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 23/26 of the Juvenile Justice Act.

Considering the nature of allegations, I am not inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner. It is, accordingly, rejected.
