2. Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Kajraili P.S. Case No.17 of 2024 instituted under Sections 304B and 34 of the I.P.C.

3. As per prosecution case, the marriage of the informant's daughter was solemnized with Gandhi Tanti in the year 2021. It is alleged that due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry, her daughter was killed.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioners are brother-in-law and sister-in-law of the deceased and they have no concern with the family affairs of the

Petitioners are living in Delhi and only on the basis of suspicion, their names have been implicated in this case. It is further submitted that the informant had filed U.D. Case on 06.02.2024 to the effect that due to mental imbalance, the victim has committed suicide, however, with ulterior motive she lodged the present case on 08.02.2024. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent and they undertake to cooperate in the investigation and the trial.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, in the event of arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks from today, the petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Bhagalpur in connection with Kajraili P.S. Case No.17 of 2024 corresponding to G.R. No.672 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482 (2) of the Bharatiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
