1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The present Cr. Misc. Application has been filed for cancellation of regular bail granted to the opposite party no.2 by the learned Additional District & Sessions Judge-VII-cumSpecial Judge POCSO, West Champaran, Bettiah vide order dated 20.03.2024 passed in connection with Sikarpur P.S. Case No.81 of 2021.

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this case may be disposed of with direction to the learned Trial Court to expedite the disposal of the trial and the petitioner shall also co-operate before the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.84802 of 2024(3) dt.11-12-2025 2/2 learned Trial Court for early disposal of the trial in connection with Sikarpur P.S. Case No.81 of 2021.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has no objection to this prayer of the petitioner.

5. In view of the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, the present Cr. Misc. Application stands disposed of with direction to the learned Trial Court to take steps for early disposal of the trial in connection with Sikarpur P.S. Case No.81 of 2021.
