The State Of Bihar, Reported In (2017)5 Scc 383, the writ petition is disposed of with direction to the respondent, District Programme Officer (Establishment), Supaul to take decision with regard to the petitioner in the light of the principle laid down by the Apex Court in the case of Mukesh (Supra) within a period of sixty days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
