2. The petitioners, who are in custody since 19.10.2017, has renewed his prayer for bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 02 of 2018 arising out of Alipur P.S. Case No. 65 of 2017 having earlier been rejected by order dated 11.01.2018 in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 1766 of 2018.

3. Having heard learned counsel for the petitioners, this Court sees no reason to take a different view in the matter. The bail petition stands dismissed.
