1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the State Mr. Rabindra Kumar.
2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 109, 303(2), 352, 351(2) and 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are persons with clean antecedent and are women and the informant alleges that on 02.08.2025, at 8 P.M. six named accused persons including the petitioners intercepted him near the Petrol Pump and Shivjee assaulted him by Khanti causing injury on head and thereafter he fell unconscious, further Rekha Devi tried to cut his neck by hasua but his cousin

No.80429 of 2025(2) dt.10-12-2025 2/3 Chunchun came and snatched the hasua from Rekha Devi and threw the same, next alleges that Rekha bit him by her teeth at several places, further Shankar assaulted Chunchun by rod causing injury on head and he also fell unconscious, thereafter Krishna Devi assaulted by rod on back, while Deepak took out Rs.3000/- from his pocket and Babul snatched locket of both the brothers, the injured were taken to hospital by villagers.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have been falsely implicated in the instant case by the informant. It is next submitted that no doubt injury caused to the informant has been opined to be grievous but then the same was inflicted by Shivjee. It is further submitted that Chunchun suffered simple injury but as far as petitioners are concerned, the allegations against them are exaggerated.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners.
6. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners and taking into consideration the fact that petitioners are women, the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-
