It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that in para 5 of third page of order dated 25.09.2018, it has incorrectly been mentioned as petitioner surrendered on 04.01.2018, whereas, it should have been 04.09.2018 and petitioner has remained in custody for seven months. In such view of the matter, let para 5 of the order dated 25.09.2018 is modified to the extent that it may be read as petitioner surrender on 04.09.2018 in place of 04.01.2018 and he has remained in custody for seven months in place of one year. All other parts of order dated 25.09.2018, shall remain the same.
