2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Piar P.S. Case No. 128 of 2023, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 354(B), 379, 447, 448, 307, 504, 506, 427 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per allegation, the accused persons entered into the house of the informant, equipped with bamboo stick and irod-rod, and started abusing and assaulting her. The petitioner assaulted her daughter namely Anjali Kumari on her head by means of iron-rod.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. There is case and counter case and the case lodged by the defense side is prior to the present case. The members of defense side have also suffered

5. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances as well as the clean antecedent of the petitioner, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in connection with Piar P.S. Case No. 128 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
