JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 04-05-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioners and the State. Petitioners, already in custody since 16.3.2018, seeks bail in Turkauliya PS Case No. 784 of 2017 registered under Sections 25(1b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act. The allegation in brief is that the petitioners on seeing police brandishing arms escaped away and one lady was apprehended from whose possession arms were recovered.

Learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that neither the petitioners were apprehended nor any arms were recovered from the possession of the petitioners and they are in custody since 16.3.2018. Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioners, namely, Aftab Ansari and Chunnu Ansari is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of CJM East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Turkauliya PS Case No. 784 of 2017.
