Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 363, 365, 376D of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 & 6 of the POCSO Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Similarly situated co-accused has been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this court vide order dated 19.02.2018 (Annexure-2) passed in Cr. Misc. No. 9615 of 2018. Petitioner is in custody since 29.06.2019. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let
