JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 13-08-2018 The petitioner has a limited grievance that her father's name has wrongly been typed in the matriculation certificate issued by the Bihar School Examination Board, inasmuch as in place of 'Shaikh Halimuddin Ahmad', 'S K Hali Muddin Ahmad' has been entered. The petitioner appears to have approached the Bihar School Examination Board by filing representation, seeking correction of her father's name. A supplementary affidavit has been filed on behalf of the petitioner, bringing on record the School Register, by way of Annexure-4 to substantiate that the name of the petitioner's father had been entered as 'Shaikh Halimuddin Ahmad' and not 'S K Hali Muddin Ahmad'.
