(i) For issuance of a direction upon respondents to take proper action against Respondent no.7 the Incharge Head master of primary School situated at Siropatti Kachahari, Panchayat- Khairi, Block- Khanpur, district Samastipur who have been found guilty of embezzlement of public fund and received salary without work by marking attendance without

Patna High Court CWJC No.19517 of 2024(7) dt.16-12-2025 2/2 attending the School which is evident from letter no.1179 dated- 28-08-2024 issued by the Block Education Officer, Khanpur Block.

(ii) To issue other proper direction to the ends of justice.

3. In view of the grievance raised by the petitioner, he is permitted to file a representation before the District Education Officer, Samastipur (respondent No. 4).

4. Upon such representation being filed, the District Education Officer, Samastipur (respondent No. 4), shall consider the same and pass an appropriate order in accordance with law, after giving an opportunity of hearing to all concerned parties, at the earliest.

5. With the aforesaid observations, the present writ application stands disposed of.

6. Pending application(s), if any, shall stand disposed of.
