The petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 30(a), 32(1)(3), 41(1)(2) of the Bihar Excise & Prohibition (Amendment) Act. Allegedly some illegal wine was recovered.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that 3.960 liters of whisky was recovered from the possession of the petitioners. He further submits that petitioners are in custody since 10.09.2019 and have got clean antecedent. In the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners above named be released on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.73892 of 2019(2) dt.25-11-2019 2/2 bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Excise, Patna in connection with P.R.No.180 of 2019 arising out of Special Case No.8128 of 2019, subject to conditions that the petitioners will deposit Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) in the Nazarath Civil Court, Patna such deposit of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) shall abide by the out-come of the present case.
