2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Masaurhi P.S. Case No. 365/2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302/201/120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

3. This is the second attempt of the petitioner for grant of bail. Earlier his application was rejected vide order dated 16.04.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 8252 of 2024.

4. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 02.07.2022 and no witness has been examined though the charges have been framed on 02.07.2024. The petitioner is in jail since 02.07.2022 and he claims to have clean antecedent.

Considering the delay in trial, this application is

5. Let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge, 1st, Masaurhi at Patna/ concerned court in connection with Masaurhi P.S. Case No. 365/2022.

6. The petitioner will co-operate in the trial personally or through his lawyer.
