The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120 (B) of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as per the allegation in the FIR the petitioner has obtained appointment as Panchayat Teacher on the basis of forged document. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the petitioner has committed no offence. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent. The co-accused have been granted anticipatory bail by different Benches of this Court vide order dated 24.10.2019

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.77814 of 2019(2) dt.29-11-2019 2/2 in Cr. Misc. No.67940 of 2019 and dated 20.11.2019 in Cr. Misc. No.63423 of 2019.

In the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the above named petitioner, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of the order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Banka in connection with Dhoraiya P.S. Case No. 54 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
