In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Rajoun P.S. Case No. 144 of 2019, registered for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 325, 354, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. The incident has taken place on account of cutting the crops of wheat and mustard. Allegation has been made against this petitioner to have caused injury by Khanti to the father of the informant.

Looking to the nature of allegation, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected. However, if the
