2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Phulparas P.S. Case No. 207 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 25(1- b), 26 and 35 of the Arms Act and Sections 20 and 22 of the N.D.P.S. Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, 1 Kg. of ganja and one pistol has been recovered from the petitioner, who is in jail since 10.04.2023. He is accused in 13 more cases which includes cases of dacoity, murder etc.

4. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.84240 of 2023(3) dt.19-03-2024 2/2 prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

5. Considering the criminal antecedent and the recovery, this application is dismissed.
