The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Sakra P.S. Case No.115 of 2018 corresponding to G.R. No.427 of 2018 for the offences punishable under Section(s) 272, 273 IPC and Section 30 (A) of the Bihar Prohibition Liquor and Excise Act, 2016.

The allegation is regarding the recovery of 45 liters of illicit liquor from the door of the house of the petitioner. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in fact no recovery has been made from the conscious possession of the petitioner. It is further submitted that the petitioner has a clean antecedent and is languishing in custody since 30.03.2018. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the
