2. This petition has been filed for modification of the order dated 17.02.2024 passed by this Court in Cr. Misc. 6467 of 2024 whereby the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before learned court below within a period of eight weeks and furnish a bail bonds.
3. However, on account of the petitioner being a labourer, he was working outside Bihar and he could not surrender himself within the stipulated time. Hence, he is seeking further six weeks' time to surrender before the learned
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.890 of 2025(6) dt.10-01-2025 2/2 court below and furnish bail bond.
4. In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, further six weeks' time is granted to the petitioner to surrender before the learned court below and furnish bail bond in terms of the order dated 17.02.2024 passed by this Court in Cr. Misc. 6467 of 2024.
