20-11-2019 Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioner, apprehending her arrest in Katoria P.S. Case No. 150 of 2019 registered for the offence under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code, has prayed for grant of bail. As per F.I.R., informant's sister was married to one Md. Irshad Ansari (son of the petitioner) 14 years ago, who always used to beat his sister (deceased). It is further alleged that about one & half months ago, informant's sister was fed poison also, but in course of treatment, she was saved. Subsequently, the informant received information on mobile that his sister died due to hanging.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it is true that informant's sister died due to hanging, but there is nothing against the petitioner, who happens to be mother-in-law of the deceased. He further submits that husband of the

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of six weeks from today, let the petitioner above named be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Roshan Kumar, Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Banka in connection with Katoria P.S. Case No. 150 of 2019 on following conditions:

(1) Petitioner shall cooperate in the trial and shall be properly represented on each and every date fixed by the Court and shall remain physically present, as directed by the Court and on her absence on two consecutive dates without sufficient reason, her bail-bond shall be cancelled by the Court below.

(2) If the petitioner tempers with the evidence or the witnesses, in that case, the prosecution will be at liberty to move for cancellation of bail.
