The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Kajraili P.S. Case No. 20 of 2019 registered under Section 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 8 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act.

Considering that the alleged victim has not uttered a word against the petitioner in her statement under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal procedure, the prayer for grant of prearrest bail is allowed. In the event of arrest or surrender before the court below, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge 1st -cum-Special Judge,
