2. This application is filed for modification of order dated 23.10.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 73571 of 2024.

3. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that vide order dated 23.10.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 73571 of 2024, by which the petitioners were granted anticipatory bail but inadvertently, in the cause title, the father's name of the petitioner nos. 3 and 4 has wrongly been typed as

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.83952 of 2024(2) dt.04-12-2024 2/2 'Late Nawal Kishor Singh' in place of 'Late Umesh Prasad Singh'.

4. In view of the above, let the father's name of the petitioner nos. 3 and 4 be read as 'Late Umesh Prasad Singh' in place of 'Late Nawal Kishor Singh'.

5. In view of the above, let the time to surrender of the petitioners, as order on 23.10.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 73571 of 2024 be further extended by four weeks from the date of receipt of this order.

6. Accordingly, the order dated 23.10.2024, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 73571 of 2024 is modified to the extent as indicated above.
