The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 302, 307, 323, 341, 379, 447 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner, who is of clean antecedent, is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner and no specific allegation is attributed to him. Moreover, there is case and counter case between the parties. The petitioner is rotting in judicial custody since19.08.2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.76670 of 2019(3) dt.18-03-2020 2/2 case, let the, above named, petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-I, Samatispur in connection with Tajpur (Waini O.P.) P.S. Case No. 221 of 2019.
