ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 09-12-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Sadar P.S. Case No. 772/2018 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341/323/379/364/511/307/504/506/ 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that though the allegations against these petitioners are of having assaulted the informant and dragged him so as to capture him and take him away in a Bolero Jeep. Subsequently, the matter was sorted out with the help of friends and relatives which has

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that earlier also there was dispute between the parties, but now the matter has been led to rest. In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioners above named be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Muzaffarpur, in connection with Sadar P.S. Case No. 772/2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
