The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Akbarnagar P.S. Case No. 59 of 2019 registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 308, 504, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Case and counter case have been filed between the parties. Marpeet took place between the parties due to water pipeline.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.72717 of 2019(4) dt.04-03-2020 2/2 petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case because of land dispute. It is further submitted that there is no specific allegation against the petitioners. He further submits that injuries have been found simple in nature. Petitioners have clean antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as nature of accusation, in the event their arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, let the above named petitioners be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. 1st , Bhagalpur in connection with Akbarnagar P.S. Case No. 59 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of Cr.P.C. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) SUMIT/- U T
