2. The earlier bail petition of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 28.04.2023 in Cr. Misc. No. 71609 of 2022, but he is renewing his prayer for bail on the ground that the petitioner is a lady and she is incarcerating for a period of more than one and half years.

3. On the other hand, the learned APP for the State has submitted that the petitioner, being maternal aunt of the victim who is a child of 10 years, sold her to co-accused Mukesh Borba for Rs. 1,60,000/- and the witnesses are contesting in the trial.

4. The learned trial court shall take every endeavor to
