JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 05-03-2020 The petitioner, who is in custody since 30.07.2019, seeks bail in connection with Bhagwan Bazar P.S. Case No. 348 of 2019, dated 26.07.2019, instituted for the offences under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. and his name has transpired in the confession of a co-accused person.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner and he has clean antecedents.

Considering the facts aforestated, the petitioner is

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.72492 of 2019(4) dt.05-03-2020 2/2 directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran, Chapra in connection with Bhagwan Bazar P.S. Case No. 348 of 2019. The application stands allowed.
