At this juncture, the Ld. Counsel for the petitioners submits that if the statement being made by the opposite parties is true, the present petition be disposed of, however reserving liberty in favour of the petitioners to approach the respondent authorities in case of any subsisting grievance. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
